Casual Bartenders

The Island at Elizabeth Quay is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team immediately.

If you’re confident behind the bar in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and can deliver excellent service with a smile, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for candidates with:
✅ A valid RSA (mandatory)
✅ Immediate availability
✅ Availability including nights and weekends
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Solid bar experience (cocktail knowledge a bonus)
☕ Barista skills are a plus — if you’re strong in this area, let us know!

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 2-hour trial

Important: While the primary role is bartending, we’re looking for team members who can multitask. This includes assisting on the floor when needed — waiting tables, running food, clearing, and supporting the team during busy periods. Flexibility and a positive, hands-on attitude are essential.
