Level 2 Technical Support (Field -capable)

About the role

As a Level 2 Technician, you'll be the go-to person when technical challenges escalate. You'll assist Level 1 technicians and resolve complex client issues efficiently, manage system updates and backups, communicate technical solutions clearly to clients, and maintain detailed records of technical work and client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Level 1 technicians and resolve complex client issues efficiently

• Manage updates, backups, and general system health to keep client environments running smoothly

• Translate technical issues into clear, understandable solutions for clients

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of technical work and client interactions

About you

• Minimum 3 years of Level 2 technical support experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex issues for clients

• Team-oriented mindset, but confident to take initiative when needed

• Persistent, logical, and solutions-driven attitude

• Strong relationship management skills, maintaining trust with clients and colleagues

• Drive to learn and upskill continuously, keeping technical knowledge current and sharp
