Workplace Supply Officer / Field Service & Stock Replenishment – Brisbane

Kulbardi is seeking a reliable Workplace Supply Officer to deliver field-based stock replenishment and on-site inventory services to client workplaces across Brisbane.

We are looking for an organised and service-focused Workplace Supply Officer to join our Brisbane Workplace Supply Services team. This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term opportunity to backfill an employee on extended leave, with potential for an ongoing role as the Brisbane service grows.

Based at our Eagle Farm warehouse, you will use a company vehicle to attend client sites across Brisbane. This is a practical, hands-on field service role focused on ensuring workplace supplies are available, organised and presented to a consistently high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting scheduled stock counts across client storage areas, cabinets and vending units.

• Raising accurate replenishment orders using company systems and supplied devices.

• Collecting prepared stock from the Eagle Farm warehouse and delivering it to client locations.

• Replenishing, organising, labelling and maintaining workplace supply areas to agreed standards.

• Operating a company vehicle safely across metropolitan Brisbane, including at loading docks, goods-in areas and industrial sites where required.

• Developing an understanding of each client site’s access, safety and service requirements.

• Identifying stock, service or site issues and promptly escalating non-routine matters.

• Completing required system entries, vehicle checks, safety documentation, and incident or hazard reports.

You are dependable, well organised and comfortable working independently. You take pride in delivering a professional, courteous service and maintaining high standards in client environments.

To be successful, you will have:

• A current unrestricted Australian C-class driver licence.

• A demonstrated safe driving record.

• Capacity to undertake regular light-to-moderate manual-handling tasks.

• Confidence using a tablet and basic business systems.

• Strong attention to detail and clear verbal communication skills.

• A professional approach to working within client sites and following workplace procedures.

• The ability to comply with site-specific protocols and WHS requirements.

Experience in inventory control, merchandising, field service, wholesale supply, delivery operations or client-controlled workplaces will be well regarded.

This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term role, working 38 hours per week. The hourly rate is $30–$32 per hour, plus superannuation and applicable leave entitlements.

A company vehicle will be provided for travel between the Eagle Farm warehouse and Brisbane client sites.

Kulbardi is growing its Workplace Supply Services capability in Brisbane. Subject to business growth, operational requirements and individual performance, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to be considered for an ongoing role at the end of the fixed term.

The preferred start date is as soon as possible, subject to completion of required client inductions and site-access arrangements.
