Pen Rider - Relocation to Croppa Creek NSW

This role plays a key part in keeping cattle healthy and the operation running smoothly. As a Pen Rider, you spend your days riding pens, spotting issues early, and making sure cattle are handled properly and consistently. The work matters because good riding supports animal welfare, safety, and overall performance.

In return, we offer above‑award pay with cash incentives, a 10 days on / 4 days off roster, and full horse support so you can focus on doing the job well, day in and day out.

Your new days work at a glance:

• Ride pens daily to monitor cattle health and behaviour
• Identify issues early and apply animal health treatments as required
• Handle cattle calmly using low‑stress stock handling practices
• Record treatments, movements, IDs and lot numbers accurately
• Work to established animal welfare, safety and quality standards

What you'll bring:

• Confident horsemanship and a solid approach to horse care
• Ability to supply two suitable horses and your own tack (preferred)
• Experience handling livestock in a calm, considered way
• Ability to spot animal health issues and apply treatments as required
• A team mindset, good communication and a willingness to learn
