What you'll be doing:

• Running your own section through prep and service with consistency and precision

• Working to recipes and specs, and holding the standard on every plate

• Supporting apprentices and junior chefs on your section

• Managing your own prep lists, mise en place and section stock

• Following food safety and cleaning standards without being asked twice

• Contributing ideas on specials and menu development
