About the role
Join AUSTRAC and help protect Australia from serious and organised crime. As Australia’s financial intelligence unit and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulator, AUSTRAC plays a critical role in detecting, deterring and disrupting criminal activity that threatens our economy, national security and community.
As an APS2 Support Officer, Regulation, you will play an important role in supporting AUSTRAC’s Regulation Division through a range of administrative, research and operational support activities.
Working closely with team members, you will provide one-on-one assistance, retrieve and summarise information from internal systems, support meetings through note-taking, and help maintain accurate records and documentation. You may also assist with on-site compliance assessments and contribute to the smooth operation of regulatory activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering quality administrative assistance in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
This position is based in Melbourne, working part-time (3 days per week) under a hybrid arrangement, with a combination of office and work-from-home days.
