The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will report directly to the Senior Engineer and have the backing of a team of over 260 experts nationally. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and reporting of road, drainage, sewer and water projects. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards.

Specifically:

• Inspect OH&S on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractors management plan
• Identify construction RFI’s on site and coordinate changes with design the team
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner
• Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing (sewer, water and compliance testing)
• Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing sewer and water testing and auditing
• Demonstrated experience managing projects in all stages of construction delivery
• The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Current MRWA DAS WA1 and SA1 accreditation
• Current Drivers Licence
