Key responsibilities:

• Precision cutting — full range of cutting techniques across all hair types

• Colour artistry — balayage, highlights, full colour and creative work

• Hair extensions — application, maintenance and client consultation

• Client relationships — building lasting connections with a loyal, returning clientele

About you:

• High-level technical skills across cutting, colouring and extensions

• Genuine warmth, professionalism and respect for both clients and the business

• A collaborative attitude and respect for the team around you

• Pride in your work and a desire to keep growing your craft

• Industry qualifications (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent) with solid senior-level experience
