We specialise in the service and support of Electric drive mobile equipment and are passionate about the work we do.

Qualifications & requirements

• Cert 3 electro-technology - Electrician & certificate of proficiency.

• Electrical Contractors Licence.

• 5 year + experience on electrical drive mining equipment.

• Strong breakdown experience in a mining environment.

• Mine spec 4x4 ute (Short term lease available)

• HV Switching ticket.

• Current order 45 coal board medical.

• CMI insurance policy.

• 20 million public liability insurance.

• First aid/CPR/Low voltage rescue.

• High risk work licences (Preferred)

• Must have right to work in Australia, visa positions are not available.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintenance & breakdown works on High Voltage mining equipment, including but not limited to Komatsu, Hitachi, Letourneau, Liebherr, Unit Rig, caterpillar.

• Maintenance of mining support equipment such as 2-ways, collision avoidance systems, fleet management/dispatch systems.

• Air conditioning servicing and repairs. 

• Compile service reports & interact with customers.

• Willingness to work away from home when required.

• Ability to work safely & efficiently in breakdown situations.

• Maintain safety standards at all times including: Adhering to site PPE requirements - Completing take 5's - Completing JSA's for complex tasks - Reporting & rectifying workplace hazards.
