Customer Service Operator

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will play an essential role in facilitating Sell & Parkers CDS operations at our Windsor Return and Earn site. You will be our first point of contact at our site and primarily responsible for meeting and greeting customers. This position involves performing various manual labour tasks to assist in the day-to-day operation of the processing facility, including but not limited to, material sorting and counting, material movement, manual labour tasks, and general cleaning.

Shifts between

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm 

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience within a customer service-based environment.

• Ability to attain and retain fitness for work (including clear Drug and Alcohol Screens).

• Pass a Police check

• Have the right to work within Australia

The NSW container deposit scheme, Return, and Earn, is the largest litter reduction scheme introduced in NSW and is helping meet the Premier's goal of reducing the volume of litter in the state by 40% by 2020.

The CDS rewards consumers for returning containers, cans, and bottles to designated recycling points with a 10-cent refund per eligible container.
