Smile By Design is seeking a Lead Dentist to join our established, multi-site private practice in Sydney.

This is not a standard associate role.

It is a growth and leadership opportunity within a high-value cosmetic and implant platform.

Smile By Design is a modern, patient-focused practice with two established locations in North Sydney and Bondi Junction.

• Comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry

The Opportunity

You will work closely with Dr Michael Tam, Clinical Director with over 30 years’ experience in implant and cosmetic dentistry.

About You

We are seeking a dentist who:

• Has 3–7 years’ clinical experience

• Is confident in comprehensive general dentistry

• Communicates clearly and ethically with patients

• Is interested in developing further in cosmetic and implant dentistry

• Is motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented

• Seeks long-term progression rather than a short-term placement
