This is a pivotal front-of-house position — you're the first voice homeowners hear when they reach out to us, and you play a direct role in keeping our on-the-road sales team organised and performing at their best.

Answering and qualifying inbound sales enquiries from residential homeowners

Managing leads and customer records in our CRM and job management systems

Booking and scheduling appointments for our field team

Managing and optimising daily diaries and run sheets for the sales team

Building genuine rapport with customers and delivering an experience that reflects our values

A confident, warm communicator — someone who makes people feel looked after from the first call

Experience in a customer service, scheduling, admin, or sales support role

Comfortable using CRM and job management software (trades/construction experience a bonus)

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a busy workload without dropping the ball

Someone who genuinely buys into team culture — always improving, always showing up for the people around you

Hours

8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, Full-time, 40 hrs/week

This is a fully office-based role.
