Reporting to the manager on shift we are currently seeking passionate Bar Attendants with previous bar and hospitality experience. The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business. Demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn and grow in your role.

Your Key Priorities Will Be To

Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guestsClear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidyEnsure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactionsUse in house systems to place ordersMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationEffectively communicate with all patrons and staff

The Candidate

Full availability over a seven day weekExperience working in hospitalityA genuine desire to help people have a great experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsHold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificationManual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
