The company has an exciting opportunity as a Full-time Assistant Accountant to join the team. This key role is to assist the Business Manager in delivering the finance, inventory, administrative and compliance functions in the Head Office.

Data entry

Inventory management

Reconciliation of bank accounts and accounts analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Assistance with financial and customer analysis

General office administration duties

Account Receivable

Skills and experience

can-do attitude and a desire to grow within an organization

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask & problem solve

High Level of attention to detail

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment

Fluent English / Mandarin is a plus
