We’re seeking a Senior Consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex business challenges, and delivering innovative digital solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

About The Role

This role is responsible for providing consulting services for the implementation and delivery of digital projects across Woven’s product and solution suite. Working with customers, project managers, developers and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in translating business requirements into practical digital solutions.

You’ll combine strong consulting, project delivery and stakeholder management skills to guide customers through digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the discovery, analysis and documentation of customer business requirementsConduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define solution designs and recommendationsPrepare functional and technical specifications and work with developers to provide accurate estimates and project outcomesDeliver digital consulting services across ecommerce, content management, integrations and customer engagement solutionsIdentify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependenciesParticipate in project planning, delivery and stakeholder meetingsProvide solution testing, quality assurance and customer acceptance supportDeliver product demonstrations, training sessions and knowledge transfer activitiesAct as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation strategies and best practicesSupport pre-sales activities, solution design workshops and customer engagementsAssist with complex issue resolution and provide guidance to consultants and project teamsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, internal methodologies and knowledge-sharing activitiesIdentify opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services

About You

What you’ll bring

Proven experience delivering digital consulting, business analysis or project delivery services within a software, technology or digital agency environmentStrong stakeholder management and customer engagement skillsExperience gathering requirements, conducting workshops and documenting business solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgetsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience working collaboratively with developers, project managers and customer stakeholdersA proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development

Nice to have

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and ecommerce solutionsExperience with API-based integrationsExposure to ERP platforms, including Pronto XiExperience with Pronto Xi Avenue CMSDigital agency or consulting experienceExperience delivering digital transformation projects
