About the role
We are the largest professional conveyancing firm in Darwin, working with a broad range of clients across the Northern Territory to support the delivery of smooth property transactions. Locally owned and operated, with a track record of delivering quality results for more than 30 years, we pride ourselves on providing local expertise, detailed conveyancing knowledge and personalised service.
This role is being offered on a remote basis, located in South Australia, offering the chance to join a friendly and high-performing Darwin-based team.
About the RoleIn this Conveyancing Clerk role, you will join a collaborative team and be primarily responsible for providing essential support to our Licensed Agents throughout the conveyancing process, to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions. You will play a crucial role in facilitating stakeholder communication, managing administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Your other key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
The successful candidate will possess established experience as a Conveyancing Clerk. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professional judgement in preparing legal documents. Clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach will allow you to manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in utilising Leap or other legal practice management software is advantageous.
Ultimately, you will be passionate about the work you do and looking to join a collaborative and supportive team, which invests in your development. A structured training and onboarding process will be provided, to enable the successful candidate to learn the local NT laws and processes.
