Plumbing Supervisor

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Sams Plumbing and Gas Pty Ltd as one of our Plumbing Supervisors. This full-time role is based in Hervey Bay, QLD and will see you overseeing the successful delivery of plumbing projects for our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams on construction sites

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations

• Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service

• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project timelines

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to junior plumbers as required

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of plumbing operations

• Maintain detailed records and reporting on project progress and performance

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience as a qualified plumber

• Proficient in reading and interpreting plumbing plans, specifications and schematics

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams

• Proven ability to coordinate, motivate and lead plumbing teams to deliver projects on time and to budget

• Commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to risk management

• Relevant trade qualifications and licenses, including a current driver's licence
