As a Sleep Coach, you'll be the face of Resmed in our Surry Hills clinic. You'll create outstanding customer experiences while supporting people on their sleep health journey and contributing to the success of the clinic.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes the time to understand individual needs, and is motivated by achieving great outcomes for both customers and the business. You'll be part of a supportive team where customer care, professionalism, and results go hand in hand.

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)

• Monday to Friday with rotating weekend shifts as required

About the Role

Many of our customers visit us looking for help with sleep-related challenges for the first time. Your ability to listen, build trust, educate, and guide them towards the right solution will be central to your success.

You'll combine strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset, helping customers find products and services that improve their sleep while contributing to clinic performance and growth.
 

You Will

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phone

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions

• Support customers throughout their therapy journey with education and ongoing coaching

• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine customer engagement

• Follow up with customers to build relationships and support successful therapy outcomes

• Fit customers with masks and equipment following training

• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness

• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control

• Complete product training and stay up to date on Resmed's solutions

• Process sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accurately

• Maintain and manage trial equipment used by customers

• Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic through a proactive and team-focused approach
   

About You

We're looking for someone who combines empathy with commercial confidence.

You enjoy helping people, communicate well with a wide range of customers, and are motivated by achieving results.

You'll bring:

• Retail, customer service, or customer-facing sales experience

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Confidence building relationships and identifying customer needs

• A sales-focused mindset with a desire to achieve goals

• A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence using technology and point-of-sale systems

Healthcare, pharmacy, medical device, or sleep therapy experience is beneficial but not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
