We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our beautiful New Farm boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for a luxury retail professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences, building lasting customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving boutique performance while creating an elevated and personalised experience for every client. You will support the Boutique Manager in leading the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the boutique reflects the highest standards of luxury retail. This role will be 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised fragrance consultations and storytelling.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients and cultivate a loyal customer base.

• Drive boutique sales performance and consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve outstanding individual and boutique results.

• Support recruitment, training and development of team members.

• Create a welcoming luxury environment that reflects Libertine's premium standards.

• Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory, visual merchandising and administration.

• Host in-store events, brand activations and client experiences that strengthen the Libertine community.

• Demonstrate initiative and contribute ideas to grow the boutique's client base and commercial success.

About You

You are a polished, commercially minded retail professional with a genuine passion for luxury products, exceptional service and niche fragrance.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in luxury, premium or specialist retail, preferably in fragrance, beauty, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle.

• Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

• Outstanding clientelling skills and a natural ability to build meaningful customer relationships.

• A genuine passion for fragrance and an appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage and storytelling.

• Confidence approaching customers and creating memorable one-on-one experiences.

• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

• A positive "can do" attitude and passion for growing a business.
