Seasonal Production Workers – Multiple Roles & Shifts Available (2026 Season)

Pacific Fresh is a leading citrus packing facility located in the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. We process premium citrus sourced from the Riverina region, supplying high-quality fruit across Australia and internationally.

We are now hiring Seasonal Production Workers for our 2026 Navel Season, commencing mid-May. These roles will run for the duration of the season (dependent on fruit quality and volumes).

We have multiple roles and shifts available across production.

Available Positions

• Sorters – Inspect fruit on the line, removing damaged or substandard product
• Packers – Pack quality fruit into bags, trays, cartons, crates, or bins using automated systems
• Stackers – Stack cartons, trays, and crates onto pallets (physically demanding role)
• Shed Hands / Floor Hands – Build cardboard bins, move materials, and support production
• Forklift Operators – Load, unload, and transport bins, pallets, and stock safely across the site

Shift Options

• Day shifts and afternoon/evening shifts available
• Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-sorting and technical sorting of citrus fruit
• Packing fruit to customer specifications
• Preparing cartons and bins
• Operating equipment safely (including forklifts where licensed)
• Moving and handling stock safely
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
• Reporting equipment issues or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to work across different roles and tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication skills in English
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Physically fit (standing, repetitive work, and lifting required)
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices
• Forklift Operators must hold a valid Australian LF licence
