About The Opportunity

Join our Bathurst Field Service Team and be part of a highly skilled crew delivering industry-leading CAT machine support in the field. You’ll take ownership of maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and component change-outs on-site, ensuring every machine operates safely, reliably, and at peak performance.

What You’ll Do
Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and component replacements on CAT equipmentConduct inspections, diagnostics and quality checks to identify faults and ensure equipment reliabilityComplete scheduled maintenance and field service activities in line with customer requirements and operational prioritiesMaintain a safe, organised work environment in the field while collaborang closely with Supervisors, planners and site personnel

What You’ll Bring
Australian‑recognised mechanical trade (e.g., Cert III HD Plant)Proven rebuilds/major component overhaul/assembly experienceCAT or comparable surface mining gear; strong diagnostics/fault‑findingProactive, safety‑first mindset; unrestricted driver’s licenceField Service Experience (Highly regarded)
