Spare Parts Interpreter

We're looking for a sharp, solutions-focused Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Technical Services team in Keysborough. If you enjoy solving puzzles, helping customers get back up and running, and working with products that keep Australian agriculture moving, this could be your next step.

This role sits at the heart of our technical support operation. You'll be interpreting parts across our full product range, providing accurate advice, and ensuring customers receive the right solution quickly and efficiently.

You'll play a key part in keeping machines running and customers supported.

• Provide prompt and accurate parts interpretation and sales support via phone/email

• Offering alternative solutions where required

• Assisting with breakdown orders to achieve same-day resolution wherever possible

• Monitoring key spare parts stock levels based on demand and seasonality

• Advising purchasing on order requirements and inventory levels

• Updating and improving parts catalogues, correcting errors and managing supplier updates

• Contributing to parts data management and continuous improvement

• Identifying and escalating discrepancies or issues for resolution

• Ensure complince with company procedures and safety requirements

• Experience in agricultural, automotive or industrial spare parts interpretation

• Confidence using manual and electronic parts systems

• Strong industry-specific product learning capability

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer literacy accuracy and attention to detail

• A practical problem-solver who enjoys helping customers

• Previous hands-on experience with strong mechanical aptitude.

• Australian work authorisation is required for this position

• Minimum Year 12 education level is required

• Forklift License Desirable (not required)
