About the Opportunity:

At For Purpose Aged Care, we’re proud to offer a leadership role that truly matters, at a time of exciting change in aged care. If you’re an experienced Residential Manager passionate about making a difference, here’s your chance to lead a modern, purpose-built residence.

Stepping into this role you will take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care — all with the support of cutting-edge technology and a passionate, skilled team.

Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT, within a dynamic and expanding national organisation.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing medium-to-large aged care home (preferred)
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
• Excellent people management skills
• Relationship building and negotiation skills
• Proven competency in operational planning, strategic and innovative thinking
• Resource management, rostering and budget management
• Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs
• Passion to make a difference to our residents, families and Employees
• A collaborative and compassionate approach
• Ability to inspire your team
• Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA
• Police Check (issued within 12 months)
