About the role
We are seeking a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team in Canberra. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to build a long-term career in the electrical industry and gain hands-on experience across a variety of electrical work.
Key responsibilities
Perform hands-on electrical work across a variety of tasks
Follow instructions and workplace safety requirements
Work reliably and punctually
Work well both independently and as part of a team
About you
Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Take pride in their work and presentation
Hold a current Australian driver's licence
Have reliable transport
Be enrolled, or willing to enrol, in the appropriate electrical apprenticeship training
Previous electrical or construction experience is beneficial but not essential for a 1st-year applicant
Second-year applicants should be able to demonstrate satisfactory progress in their apprenticeship
