Receptionist/Housekeeper - Fraser Street

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist/Housekeeping Attendant to be the welcoming face of our park. This is a multi-department role and will see you working in both our front office and our housekeeping teams.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Processing guest check-ins and outs
• Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
• Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
• Completing the day-to-day office administration
• Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays 
• A current valid drivers license is essential

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous front office and/or housekeeping experience within the hospitality industry
• Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
• Proficient computer skills, experience with RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System a bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Current drivers licence essential
