📌Greek-Speaking Disability Support Workers Wanted – Oakleigh & Cranbourne!

Are you a Greek-speaking Disability Support Worker looking for meaningful work where you can make a genuine difference?

We are currently looking for male and female Greek-speaking support workers to support clients in the Oakleigh and Cranbourne areas.

✨ We are looking for people who:

• Speak Greek confidently

• Have experience in disability support or a genuine passion for supporting people

• Are reliable, caring and respectful

• Are available to work in Oakleigh and/or Cranbourne

✨ What We're Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or Nursing qualification)

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing complex personal care

• Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle

• Comprehensive Car Insurance

• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check

• Full Australian working rights (all visa holders with valid work rights are encouraged to apply)
