About the role

Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and front-of-house team at Frogmore Creek, one of Tasmania's leading cool-climate wineries. Take a whole-of-venue approach to the guest experience, working across the restaurant, cellar door, kitchen, functions and events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and front-of-house team
• Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards
• Work closely with the kitchen, cellar door and management teams
• Work seamlessly with the Events Manager and Team to deliver world-class functions and events
• Understand the venue as a whole and help ensure every area works cohesively
