About Us
Grouse Gardens is a growing, client-focused landscaping business known for quality craftsmanship and reliable service across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscape Manager to lead jobs on the ground, mentor our crew, and help maintain the high standard our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate landscaping crews on residential and commercial sites across the Eastern Suburbs
Plan daily/weekly job schedules and manage site logistics
Quote jobs accurately for clients
Perform hands-on landscaping work alongside the team (planting, turf, hardscaping, irrigation, etc.)
Ensure work meets Grouse Gardens' quality standards and client expectations
Manage equipment care, maintenance, and safe operation
Communicate directly with clients on site regarding job progress and any issues
Organise materials and manage supply chain for jobs
Manage and roster staff
Carry out general garden maintenance (pruning, hedging, etc.)
Install and maintain irrigation systems
Mentor and train junior team members
Ensure WHS compliance across all sites
What You Need
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (essential, applications without this will not be considered)
Proven hands-on experience running landscaping crews/jobs
Strong knowledge of planting, hardscaping, and general landscape construction techniques
Experience quoting jobs and confident using business software
Comfortable managing staff and organising materials/supply chain
Solid irrigation knowledge
Excellent driver with a current licence (manual preferred)
Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
Ability to lift, dig, and work outdoors in all conditions
White Card (construction induction)
Happy working in a young, energetic team
What We Offer
$50-$60 per hour + super, based on experience
