Team members work closely with clients to navigate the lending process with clarity, confidence, and personalized support.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Broker role based in Munno Para, SA. The Mortgage Broker will meet with clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and borrowing needs, with a focus on first home buyers, construction loans, and complex scenarios. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, preparing and submitting loan applications, comparing products across multiple lenders, and presenting tailored lending options. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with lender partners, staying current with lending policies, and following up on applications to ensure timely approvals and settlements. The Mortgage Broker will also support clients throughout the end-to-end home loan process, provide clear guidance on documentation requirements, and contribute to the firm’s growth through professional networking and referral development.Qualifications Strong mortgage broking experience, including working with a range of lenders and home loan products.Skills in debt consolidation and structuring finance solutions to improve clients’ overall financial position.Experience with mortgage marketing and client acquisition, including building referral networks and maintaining client relationships.Knowledge of brokerage operations and finance principles, including compliance, credit assessment, and responsible lending obligations.Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent) and accreditation with multiple lenders.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain lending concepts in clear, accessible language.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines simultaneously.Comfort working in an on-site environment in Munno Para, SA, with a commitment to ethical, client-focused service.
