HR Business Partner

Our client is undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation and is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide immediate support to a busy HR function. Supporting a workforce of approximately 800 employees across multiple sites, you'll play a key role in helping leaders navigate day-to-day people challenges while contributing to broader HR improvement initiatives.

This is a true HR generalist role where no two days will look the same. One day you could be conducting a workplace investigation, the next coaching a leader through a performance issue, reviewing employment contracts, supporting change initiatives or helping improve people processes and policies.

A big focus of the role will be partnering with operational leaders and building their capability to confidently manage people matters themselves. You'll be a trusted advisor who can provide practical, commercially minded HR support in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with leaders across operational and corporate teamsManaging employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, bullying and harassmentCoaching and advising leaders on people-related issuesReviewing contracts, policies and employment documentationSupporting organisational change and HR projectsHelping bring greater structure, consistency and best practice to the HR function

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience in a delivery focussed BP roleGood capability and comfortability in handling ER cases and investigationsA practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomouslySomeone who can build credibility with a diverse, operational workforceExcellent communication skills and a down-to-earth styleExperience with Employment Hero would be advantageous
