What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate repair estimates and assess vehicle damage
• Liaise with insurers, customers, suppliers, and workshop teams
• Manage repair workflows and ensure jobs progress efficiently
• Source parts and monitor repair costs and timelines
• Utilise estimating platforms such as Audatex, PartsPoint, or similar systems
• Maintain exceptional communication throughout the repair process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and WHS requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Estimator within collision repair or automotive industries
• Strong knowledge of estimating systems such as Audatex and PartsPoint desirable
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• A proactive approach with a commitment to quality outcomes
