As an Educator or Senior Educator, you will work alongside a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children. About the role: To develop, deliver and evaluate quality early learning programs tailored to children’s needs and interests. To monitor and document children’s development using Early Years Learning Framework principles. To create a safe, stimulating and age-appropriate environment supporting all areas of development. To build nurturing relationships and support children’s emotional wellbeing, dignity and rights. To assist with physical care, including toileting, dressing and mealtimes. To participate in planning, reflection and teamwork within the room. To maintain professionalism, confidentiality and effective communication with families, staff and stakeholders. To perform other duties as directed by management.
