Our client is looking for an Administration Process Specialist to improve the way their Parts & Service teams. This is a long term casual assignment for the right person and is located at Heatherbrae.

This isn't your typical admin role. You'll be working with the team to find inefficiencies, simplify processes and create better ways of working.

What's involved?

• Improve workshop and field service administration processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplication and rework.
• Drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with frontline teams to turn problems into solutions.

• Confident working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Great at turning complicated information into simple, practical processes.

Experience in process improvement, administration, operations or service coordination will be highly regarded.
