Optical Sales Assistant – Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation, ensuring all eyewear frames, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and visually appealing

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phone enquiries, and booking optometry appointments

• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and related optical products to achieve sales targets

• Liaise with suppliers to process orders and manage relevant documentation

• Accurately handle data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a high standard of customer experience

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience (optical experience highly appreciated but not essential)

• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

• computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

• Experience in image editing or content writing is an advantage
