About the Role
Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating great first impressions? RACV Goldfields Resort is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Office Receptionist & Reservations Agent to join our team.
Whether your reception experience comes from hospitality, medical, retail, corporate, tourism or another customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. Previous reception experience is essential, but it doesn't need to be within a hotel or resort setting. As the face of our resort, you'll welcome guests, assist with reservations, and help create memorable experiences from the moment a guest books until they depart.

Please note: Availability across all seven days of the week, including weekends, public holidays and a variety of shifts, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
Managing accommodation and restaurant bookings
Responding to guest enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Processing reservations, amendments and cancellations
Providing information about resort facilities, services and local attractions
Supporting guests with special requests and ensuring a seamless experience
Identifying opportunities to enhance guest stays through upgrades and resort experiences
Working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Conferencing & Events and other resort teams
What You’ll Need
Previous reception experience is essential, however it doesn't need to be within a hotel or resort environment
A genuine passion for customer service and helping people
Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working with computer systems and learning new technology
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
Eligibility to obtain a Working with Children Check
