POGO Physio has a rare opening for an exceptional physiotherapist to join our award-winning team on the Gold Coast. We are looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist who is passionate about achieving excellent client outcomes and enjoys working alongside other allied health professionals.

You will have the opportunity to build your client base within an established clinic, receive referrals from our clinical team and provide services to a broad range of clients - from athletes managing training loads and recovery to people seeking relief from pain, tension or restricted movement.

The arrangement will initially be offered under a service agreement. As the role and client base develop, there may be an opportunity to discuss transitioning to part-time employment. Any future change would be subject to mutual agreement and the needs of both parties.

• Hold a recognised qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy;

• Are eligible to obtain and maintain private health fund provider numbers;

• Hold current professional indemnity and public liability insurance;

• Have an active ABN and meet the requirements to operate as an independent service provider;

• Are a member of a recognised professional association;

• Have experience working in a private practice, sporting or allied health environment;

• Deliver professional, client-centred and evidence-informed care;

• Enjoy collaborating with physiotherapists and other allied health practitioners;

• Communicate confidently and build strong, lasting relationships with clients;

• Are reliable, proactive and committed to growing your client base;

• Maintain current first aid and CPR certification.

We’re seeking someone who can:

• Provide high-quality remedial and sports massage services;

• Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals;

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical records;

• Communicate and collaborate appropriately with the broader clinical team;

• Deliver an excellent client experience from initial consultation through to follow-up;

• Contribute positively to the professional environment and reputation of the clinic;

• Promote their services and build relationships within the clinic and wider community.
