About the RoleAs the Head of People & Culture, you will lead the development and integration of workforce systems, frameworks and strategies that support a capable, engaged and values-aligned workforce As the Head of HR you will be managing small P&C team and are involved in Employee Engagement, Driving Culture into the future with empathy and courage. Supporting in building our Leadership Capability across the business.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this senior leadership role will influence organisation-wide workforce initiatives, partner closely with Executive Leadership team, and drive People & Culture programs that enable sustainable growth, workforce excellence and outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide strategic leadership across:
Workforce strategy and organisational designWorkforce planning & DevelopmentEmployee relations and workforce governanceLeadership capability and culture initiativesWorkforce compliance and risk managementPeople systems, workforce analytics and reportingContinuous improvement and operational excellence
This role requires a commercially minded leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution while building strong partnerships across the business.
About You
You are an accomplished People & Culture leader with a proven ability to deliver workforce initiatives in complex, service-based environments.
You will bring:Extensive senior HR or People & Culture leadership experienceStrong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and workforce governanceExperience leading workforce planning, organisational design and culture initiativesDemonstrated success influencing and partnering with executive stakeholdersStrong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilityA collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teamsExperience utilising workforce data and insights to drive business outcomes
Essential QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related disciplineRelevant professional memberships or certifications are highly regardedCurrent Australian work rightsAbility to meet role-related compliance requirements including National Police Check and relevant screening clearances where applicable
