Full-Time Medical Receptionist – Umina Beach NSW

Providence Medical Umina is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice on a full-time basis. Weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and providing excellent front desk service

• Managing phone calls and appointment bookings

• General administration and reception duties

• Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations

About You:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous reception/admin experience (medical highly regarded)

• Experience with medical software (Best Practice)

• Knowledge of Medicare billing processes
