Casual Property Manager - Flexible Role

We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified Property Manager to join the Jump Property team on a casual basis, primarily helping us with property inspections during our busier periods.

This could suit someone who already works part-time in the industry, has stepped away from full-time property management, or is looking for a flexible way to stay involved without taking on a full portfolio.

What the role will involve:

• Conducting routine inspections across metropolitan Adelaide

• Assisting with ingoing and outgoing inspections when required

• Providing additional inspection support during our busier periods, particularly March, July and November

• Flexible casual hours based on workload and your availability

• No portfolio to manage

• No after-hours calls

• No need to bring in new business

You’ll need to hold the appropriate South Australian property management registration/certification and have a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Please note a company car is available for inspections

Property management experience would be helpful, but we’re also happy to train someone with limited industry experience who has the right attitude, communicates well and is comfortable working independently.
