Due to a recent internal vacancy, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Property Manager to join our growing team at Noonan Real Estate Agents.

This is not your typical property management role.

We've built a business structure that allows our Senior Property Managers to focus on what matters most, building strong relationships with landlords, providing strategic advice, retaining clients, and delivering exceptional service.

You'll be supported by an established leadership team including a CEO, General Manager, and Head of Property Management, along with a dedicated support team that assists with the day-to-day administration, allowing you to work at a higher level and concentrate on portfolio growth and client relationships.

We're seeking a Senior Property Manager who:

✔ Has strong landlord relationship and communication skills

✔ Has tribunal experience and can confidently represent landlords when required

✔ Is a genuine team player who contributes positively to the culture

✔ Is proactive, solutions-focused, and forward-thinking

✔ Has a strong "Can Do" attitude
