Assistance to Stone Installer - Offsider

About Us:

At Banks Benchtops, we are leaders in the stone benchtop industry, with 3 branches across Brisbane and the Gold Coast we provide premium 0% Silica Engineered stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects, Kitchen Benchtops, Laundry, bathroom vanities, splash backs and more.

We are seeking a dedicated Offsiders to our Install team at our Brendale (North Brisbane) factory. Hourly rate will be adjusted as per experience. 

Stone Benchtop Installer Offsider

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Stone Benchtop Installer Offsider to join our dynamic team. As an offsider, you will work closely with the installation team to assist in the successful installation of high-quality stone benchtops for residential and commercial projects. 5:30am Start times

Responsibilities:

• Assist the stone benchtop installer in the installation of stone surfaces in residential and commercial settings.

• Load and unload materials at job sites.

• Ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Provide general support to the installation team as needed.

• Use of Locate2U app for client liaising 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or stonework is desirable but not essential.

• Construction White Card or ability to obtain.

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Willing to wear all associated PPE in line with Work Safe Protocols

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
