Backam Group is currently seeking experienced
Overhead Crane Operators for ongoing opportunities with a leading manufacturing business in Western Sydney.
This role offers both
Day Shift and Afternoon Shift positions, with immediate starts available for suitable candidates.
📍 Location: St Marys
💰 Pay Rate:
Day shift $33.85ph & Afternoon shift $38.93ph ⏰ Shifts Available: Day & Afternoon Shift
📅 Casual full time hours
🚧 Immediate Starts
Key Responsibilities
- Operation of overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment
- Safe movement of steel, concrete, or heavy materials
- Loading and unloading products
- Working alongside production and yard teams
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- General yard and production support duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✔ Previous overhead crane operating experience
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety
✔ Reliable transport and current driver's licence
✔ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
✔ Strong work ethic and reliability
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
