About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker with Freedom Capital Solutions, you'll operate your own mortgage broking business while benefiting from the support, systems and reputation of an established brokerage. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, recommend suitable lending solutions and guide them through the lending journey from enquiry to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new clients.

·       Develop referral relationships with real estate agents, accountants, financial planners, solicitors, builders and other professionals.

·       Identify clients' lending needs and provide tailored finance solutions.

·       Structure and submit quality loan applications across a broad lender panel.

·       Manage clients throughout the entire lending journey.

·       Deliver exceptional customer service.

·       Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders and referral partners.

·       Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding client experiences.

·       Maintain compliance with NCCP and industry best practices.

·       Actively promote your personal brand and grow your business.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (required or willing to obtain).

·       Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking (highly regarded).

·       Previous experience in banking, lending or finance (preferred but not essential).

·       Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

·       Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

·       Current Australian Driver's Licence.
