About the opportunity:
RSPCA South Australia is seeking applications for several Casual Op Shop Assistant Store Managers to join our growing Op Shop network across the North-east region.
In this dynamic role, you will work across a variety of stores, providing leadership and operational support as needed. Working closely with our Store Managers, you will help drive the day-to-day success of our stores by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and helping manage our dedicated team of volunteers.
About you:
You are a motivated and hands-on retail leader who leads by example and inspires those around you. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
As our successful candidate you will:
Demonstrated experience (2+ years preferred) in a retail leadership or management role.
Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit result.
Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and adapt to changing operational requirements.
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport, with the ability to travel throughout our North-East Op Shop network, including locations between Adelaide CBD (Rundle Mall) to Gawler.
Experience working within a volunteer-based environment (desirable).
A current National Police Clearance.
Have availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster.
