About the role
Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? At Kitchen Innovations, we specialise in high-quality joinery and cabinetry solutions across residential and commercial projects. We’re currently seeking a skilled and reliable professional to join our team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Cutting, machining, assembling, and installing joinery and cabinetry as per project specifications.
Following production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Minimising material waste and promoting efficient work practices.
Liaising with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensuring work meets customer requirements and is completed to the highest quality standards.
Following safety protocols and complying with all OHSE regulations.
Using hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
Managing and reporting on any rework tasks, and working with the team to develop strategies to reduce rework.
Responding to issues raised by builders, site supervisors, or clients during or after installations.
Communicating with internal departments to ensure all necessary materials and documentation are available.
Supporting quality assurance processes to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in cabinet making, joinery, and on-site installation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage time and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Current driver’s licence and white card (preferred).
