Technical Sales Specialist

I'm hiring.
Not all sales roles offer the chance to genuinely own a market. This one does.
I'm looking for an individual with Technical Sales & Business Development experience to join our team and take ownership of and grow the Western Australia market for two market-leading construction brands: Tremco Waterproofing and Flowcrete Flooring.
This is more than an account management role.
It's a genuine business development opportunity with the autonomy to build relationships, influence specifications, win projects and develop a territory with the support of a highly experienced national team.
Based in Perth and working remotely, you'll be responsible for identifying project opportunities, supporting customers and stakeholders, growing specifications, and driving sustainable growth across both the waterproofing and flooring segments.

I'm particularly interested in speaking with people who have experience in:
• Technical sales within the construction industry• Waterproofing, flooring, coatings or building products• Construction materials and project sales• Specification selling and business development• Contractor, applicator or trade backgrounds with strong commercial skills• Working with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, asset owners and facility managers
Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, commercially driven and passionate about building relationships.
