Officer - Customer Service & Logistic

The role

Join Cockburn Cement’s Sales & Marketing team and help deliver safe, sustainable supply chain solutions across WA’s mining and construction industries. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused team player to elevate our service experience.

This is a permanent full time role based in Booragoon, WA

Responsibilities

As a key member of our logistics team, you’ll drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence by:

• Managing bulk and packaged product orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation across the supply chain
• Coordinating timely, cost-effective deliveries with carriers
• Maintaining up-to-date procedures and standards aligned with Cockburn Cement policies

What you will need to succeed

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about service. You’ll need:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Industry experience in bulk transport, mining, or construction customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekends and across Munster and Kwinana sites
• High computer literacy; SAP experience is a bonus
