About the role

As our Planner - Site Services you'll be at the centre of maintenance planning and coordination, helping ensure our site facilities, accommodation villages, and supporting infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Please note: This is a permanent role on 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

You will:

• Develop and coordinate maintenance schedules to support operational needs and maximise asset performance.
• Coordinate labour, contractors, materials, equipment, and services to ensure work is completed safely and on time.
• Manage work orders and asset information through SAP and other maintenance management systems.
• Build strong relationships with supervisors, tradespeople, contractors, and site stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
• Support procurement and inventory processes to ensure resources are available when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure maintenance activities meet site, safety, and compliance requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong planning and coordination skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or maintenance coordination roles.
• Experience using SAP and maintenance management systems.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of maintenance processes and asset management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and document management capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Experience within mining, remote operations, accommodation villages or industrial facilities.
• Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or a related discipline.
• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Maintenance Planning, Engineering or Asset Management.
• Exposure to reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), preventative maintenance programs or maintenance strategies.
• Previous asset management experience.

About Telfer Operations

Telfer is a long-life gold-copper mine in the Paterson Province of Western Australia's East Pilbara region. The operation includes both open-pit and underground mining and Australia's third-largest gold-copper processing facility. Since commencing production in 1975, Telfer has produced over 15 million ounces of gold. The site operates on a fly-in fly-out basis and offers a wide range of onsite recreational facilities to support workforce wellbeing.
