We're looking for an experienced Builder or Lead Carpenter who cares about quality, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely values craftsmanship and great client experiences.

What you'll be doing

You'll work across a range of high-quality projects including:

• Renovations and extensions

• New homes

• Structural alterations

• High-end residential construction

• Managing trades and ensuring quality workmanship

• Working closely with clients and the Premier team to deliver exceptional results

No two projects are the same, which means every day brings something new. 

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate III in Carpentry

• Residential experience is essential

• Renovation experience is essential

• Holds a current driver's licence 

• Takes pride in producing quality work

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Leads by example on site

• Communicates well with clients, suppliers and trades

• Can think ahead and solve problems before they become issues

• Is organised, reliable and motivated
