Welcome to Embroidery Source!

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and organised Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Fairfield, VIC.

The role is full-time, 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Experience is a bonus, but candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, suppliers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a friendly and professional experience for everyone who contacts Embroidery Source.

Day in the life

On a given day at Embroidery Source, you will:

• Respond to phone calls from customers, suppliers and technicians, answering queries and transferring calls to other staff as required.

• Greet and assist customers and delivery drivers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Enter data and manage records for parcel consignments, sales enquiries and customer records, as well as navigating the backend of our website.

• Update and print brochures and price lists.

• Complete ad hoc administrative tasks using the Microsoft Office suite and our internal software systems.
